    1. Some of the Ethical Concerns and Challenges Regarding AI Tools in Education are Bias and Discrimination: AI systems may unintentionally reinforce existing biases if it is trained on biased data, leading to unfair treatment of students based on race, gender, or socioeconomic status. That is what makes the data inaccurate. Equity in Access: Not all students have equal access to the technology required to benefit from AI tools, widening the digital divide. This is important because not all families can afford AI devices. Data Privacy: the Student data that will be collected by AI tools must be securely stored and ethically used, raising concerns about surveillance and unauthorized data sharing. Over-reliance on Technology: Depending too heavily on AI may decrease human interaction and professional judgment in teaching. Lastly, Transparency and Accountability: Educators and students may not fully understand how AI makes decisions, creating issues around trust, misuse, or lack of oversight

    2. AI can be effectively be used to personalize learning experiences for students of varying abilities and learning styles are Adaptive Learning Platforms: AI can adjust content difficulty, pace, and format based on student performance and preferences. Intelligent Tutoring Systems: Provide real-time feedback and targeted support, mimicking 1:1 instruction. Learning Analytics: AI can analyze patterns in student behavior to identify learning gaps and suggest tailored resources or interventions. This is important especially when the data is being collected daily. Multimodal Content Delivery: Tools can present information in various formats text, audio, visual to suit different learning styles and needs. Lastly, Support for Students with Disabilities: AI tools like speech-to-text, predictive text, or captioning enhance access for students with special needs.

    3. AI assist teachers in managing their workload and providing more focused attention to students by Lesson Planning and Resource Generation: AI can suggest lesson plans, generate worksheets, and recommend differentiated materials.Automated Grading: Especially effective for multiple-choice, short-answer, and even essay assessments, saving time on repetitive tasks. This is critical in keeping track of all of the students data throughout the entire school year. Professional Development Insights: AI can offer teachers insights into their instructional practices by analyzing classroom data or student performance trends Behavior and Performance Monitoring: AI can identify students at risk of falling behind by analyzing engagement data and notifying teachers for timely intervention. Administrative Support: Tools can automate attendance, scheduling, and communication with parents or guardians.

    4. It is important to know that AI can be utilized to improve the accuracy and fairness of student assessments and evaluations by using Dynamic Assessment Tools: AI can continuously assess understanding through games, quizzes, or adaptive tests that evolve with the learner. Continuous Feedback Loops: Students receive immediate feedback, promoting mastery learning and reducing stress from high-stakes testing.Bias Detection and Mitigation: Some AI systems are trained to flag and correct biased grading or assessment questions.Authentic Assessment Support: AI can evaluate diverse outputs like projects, portfolios, or spoken responses using natural language processing. 1. What are some of the ethical concerns and challenges regarding the use of AI tools in education?

    1. I think having concerns about AI stepping into the education field is valid. There are some ethical concerns that this can bring about. One major concern is data privacy. Many AI tools do not keep data and privacy confidential. When students use tools like these, they are often including personal information about themselves that has the potential to be stored, shared, and misused without their knowledge. This can raise serious concerns for parents, especially if minors are using platforms like this. Another concern is an over reliance on using AI. When students begin to rely too heavily on these tools to complete assignments or even study for assessments, they may stop engaging with their learning process. Turning to AI for their schoolwork can potentially lead to hindering the development of critical thinking, problem solving, and independent studies. In conclusion, students who take advantage of AI are missing out on personalized guidance, feedback, and encouragement.

    2. How can AI be effectively used to personalize learning experiences for students of varying abilities and learning styles?

    1. AI can be a powerful tool for personalizing learning to meet the diverse needs of students in the classroom. One of the most effective ways AI does this is through adaptive learning platforms. The style of learning adjusts the difficulty and pace of lessons in real time based on each student’s performance. This allows students to work at their own speed and benefit from extra support if they struggle in certain areas. It also allows learners to move ahead when they’re ready. AI can also recommend different formats of learning content, such as videos, audio recordings, or interactive exercises. This type of learning can be personalized to each student depending on their preferred learning style. AI tools can also effectively benefit students with learning disabilities. These tools can provide translations, text-to-speech, and other features to ensure they are processing the material and staying engaged.

    3. In what ways can AI assist teachers in managing their workload and providing more focused attention to individual students?

    1. AI can greatly reduce a teacher’s workload by taking over time-consuming tasks, allowing educators to focus more on instruction and student support. For example, automated grading tools can quickly grade multiple-choice tests and short answer questions. This saves the teacher time and also allows the student to still get feedback on what was graded. AI can also assist in lesson planning by suggesting resources or instructional strategies based on a student's performance. These tools can also analyze student progress and highlight learning gaps. This enables teachers to identify which students need extra help and get them the support that is needed.

    4. How can AI be utilized to improve the accuracy and fairness of student assessments and evaluations?

    1. AI has the potential to enhance the accuracy and fairness of student assessments in several key ways. AI can reduce grading bias by applying standardized rubrics and using consistent scoring methods. AI tools provide accurate and immediate feedback so students can understand their mistakes and learn from them in real time. AI can also support assessments by allowing students to demonstrate their knowledge in ways that suit their strengths. When used with good intention, AI can promote a beneficial approach to assessing learning and helping ensure that all students are evaluated fairly and accurately.

∃ Allow for small talk; do not start the discussion right away.
∃ Stress the relationship between your proposal and the people concerned.
∃ Show how the idea worked well in the past.
∃ Indicate support from well-respected people.
∃ Use an informal writing style.

Communicating with an Idea (I) oriented person:
∃ Allow enough time for discussion.
∃ Do not get impatient when he or she goes off on tangents.
∃ Try to relate the discussed topic to a broader concept or idea
∃ Stress the uniqueness of the idea or topic at hand.
∃ Emphasize future value or relate the impact of the idea to the future.
∃ If writing, try to stress the key concepts that underlie your recommendation at

the outset. Start with an overall statement and work toward the particulars.

Assignment Two: Self Analyses from Surveys

    **Self-Survey Analyses**

    **Introduction**

In this opening paragraph, you will explain why it is important to take surveys of yourself as well as explain why it is important to analyze the results of surveys. You should have at least one paragraph as you are required to demonstrate quality writing and must have at least 5 to 6 academic sentences and two or more current scholarly peer-reviewed articles (past 5 to 7 years) to synthesize each topic/issue within the paragraph. This will be the only paragraph in this assignment that requires current scholarly articles, as the survey sections require in-text citations for all surveys used. Please note that short choppy sentences will not count as an academic sentence. To produce a quality written doctoral-level paper, you should have more than time and effort in this assignment. This means you should work well ahead of the due date to proofread after following all details and expectations of this assignment along with the time and effort.

    **Survey Analyses**

Please conduct research to select, complete, and analyze
**at least nine surveys** in these three areas (i.e., leadership, communication, technology) to assist you in your writings. You must select (a)
    **three surveys in leadership**, (b)
**three surveys in communication**, and (c)
**three surveys in technology**. Your faculty will upload many surveys in the
**Modules** link on your Canvas page, so you will be responsible for the correct selection. In Canvas, you will pick one of the available surveys for each category (one survey in leadership, one survey in communication, and one survey in communication). However, as a researcher, you must conduct your own research regarding the remaining two surveys for each category, as you need a total of three surveys for each category. You will still need to find a total of 6 surveys on your own (two in leadership, two in communication, and two in technology). There is no limit on the publication date of surveys; however, all surveys must be properly cited and aligned with references (per 7th edition APA). Please refer to the APA manual for format of citations as well as the announcement areas from your faculty.

    Once you
**complete** your nine researched/selected surveys, you will
**analyze** the results that will be part of your narrative under each specific level three heading of leadership. communication, and technology. In the analysis of each section, you will explain how the results align or do not align with your thoughts, experiences, and knowledge of yourself. Keep in mind that you
**must write more than just the survey scores**. In addition, students MUST be detailed with all nine surveys by mentioning each survey by title in
**_ITALICS_** within the narrative and where the surveys were located, so refer to the APA manual for format of citations and the announcements.

    **_Leadership Survey Analyses_**

In this opening short paragraph, you only need a lead-in sentence to list the three surveys by title and in-text citation. You will complete and analyze your selected survey in leadership separately, which will be part of your narrative. After you score the surveys (write about the scores), you will analyze the surveys regarding how they align or do not align with your thoughts and/or experiences; however, you must write more than just the survey scores, rather a full analysis. All assignments in the course should demonstrate quality writing.

    **Conclusion**

Explain which survey was most impactful and which one was the least impactful. This will need to be structured as an academic paragraph with at least 5 to 6 academic sentences and properly cited for the citation of each survey listed in your narrative. All assignments in the course should demonstrate quality writing, as all paragraphs must have at least 5 to 6 academic sentences.

**Lifespan Journal Entry: Reflections on Early Childhood Development**

I was born in a rural hospital, and according to my parents, it was a smooth delivery without complications. My mother often shared how calm I was as a baby, rarely crying unless I needed something. Reflecting on this, I think it may have shaped my naturally laid-back personality and how I handle stress—usually with patience and quiet observation. Although I don’t recall the moment of birth, these early stories help me understand where some of my tendencies may come from.

As a child, I had inconsistent sleep patterns. I struggled to fall asleep on my own and often required someone nearby to feel safe. Now, I tend to fall asleep quickly, but still prefer a familiar environment. This connection makes me appreciate how foundational early routines can be for long-term habits.

According to Erikson’s psychosocial stages, the first two milestones involve trust versus mistrust and autonomy versus shame and doubt. I believe I developed a strong sense of confidence early on (Newton,2022). I feel comfortable meeting new people and exploring unfamiliar environments, which has supported my success in school and work. I often take initiative and do not hesitate to step into leadership roles—traits likely rooted in those early developmental experiences.

I did attend preschool, and I consider it a significant influence on my development. It taught me early social skills, discipline, and gave me a head start in learning. I remember learning to count, identify shapes, and follow classroom routines. These experiences helped smooth my transition into kindergarten and gave me the confidence I needed academically. Looking back, I believe preschool helped build a foundation for my educational and professional achievements. It introduced me to structured learning, and I have carried that discipline through my academic and personal goals.
